Each GM may trade with one another to make their team better. Post each trade in the agreed trades post. Any trade that fits one of these criteria will not be approved, but can be resubmitted within 48 hours of the LO decision. Each trade itself must present every player/pick and must include contract terms for players. One GM must initiate this trade and the other side must accept/confirm to this trade. Then, there will be a 48 hour window that the LO will have in accepting/rejecting trades.
Each trade is unique in its own way. If a GM finds any error in the trade, then that GM must send a pm to any member of the LO to have that trade more closely looked at. Then, the trade may again be rehashed within 48 hours of the original agreed trade proposal.
Once the trade is accepted by both parties, the trade itself is final. No questions are to be asked. The parties then must update transaction logs, salary cap information, roster positions, and other pertinent data that is exclusive to their team. If the required information is not updated within 72 hours, then some kind of penalty may be taken. This is to avoid confusion in regards to which players belong on which team. It is imperative that each team upgrade their rosters in due time.
* The trade block is open for each GM to assess his/her needs and to let other franchises know what they are open to trading and for what they are looking for in return. Do not post trades in the trade block!
* Illegal rosters are open to the following penalties after the 72 hour window has passed:
1. The team will be suspended from all trading and FA moves until the illegality is corrected.
2. Your new players will not be added to your Fleaflicker roster.
3. Your team will not accumulate stats!

Trade Review Panel Duties:
These duties are crucial for the panel in order in reviewing trades that appear colluded or appear to favor one side heavily. Ty, James, and Mark will converse via any medium they choose to discuss deals that have been called into question. Two GM's or more must file a complaint with the League Office within the 48 hour window to have the trade reviewed. This process must be discreet and will be handled behind closed doors. Then, the 3 man panel will cast their individual vote on the trade itself. Their combined decision to accept/reject the trade will carry the heaviest weight among the LO final decision. Again, LO will have final say on each and every trade, but the TRP is in place to act as another dimension in helping the LO in evaluating trades. Please respect the decisions that are handed down from the LO in all trades.
*All trades will go through unless LO has determined one of the above criteria has been spotted. Then those affected parties will have 48 hours in which to resend a deal that is trade-friendly. After that, each and every trade that is approved is final. No questions asked!
**Trade deadline will be prior to week 12 games. No exceptions will be made. You must get your deal done and posted by noon est on that Sunday or the deal will be null and void!
***No trading of cash is allowed at all! This topic is not open to discussion.
****When each new season begins then the next year's rookie draft picks may be traded. For instance, when the 2009 regular season begins, then the 2010 rookie draft picks may be traded. Those 2010 picks may not be traded until the 2009 regular season begins in September 2009. This same rule will apply each and every season.
